Background of studiesBack

In October 2008, HeadlineJobs commissioned the Public Opinion Programme at the University of Hong Kong (POP) to conduct an opinion survey entitled "Survey on Employees』 Job Satisfaction 2008 – 4th Quarter". The main objective of this survey was to gauge the general overall job satisfaction of the employees, employer's perceived employees』 job satisfaction and motivators to job satisfaction.

The research instrument used in this study was designed by the POP Team after consulting HeadlineJobs, and fieldwork operations were also conducted independently by the POP Team without interference from any outside party. In other words, POP was given full autonomy to design and conduct the survey. On the other hand, data analysis was conducted by the research unit of HeadlineJobs.
