Background of studiesBack

In June 2008, HeadlineJobs commissioned Public Opinion Programme at the University of Hong Kong (POP) to conduct an opinion survey entitled "Survey on Employees' Job Satisfaction 2008 – 3rd Quarter". The main objective of this survey was to gauge the general overall job satisfaction of the employees, employer's perceived employee's job satisfaction and motivators to job satisfaction.

The research instrument used in this study was designed by the POP Team after consulting HeadlineJobs, and fieldwork operations was also conducted independently by the POP Team without interference from any outside party. In other words, POP was given full autonomy to design and conduct the survey. On the other hand, data analysis was conducted by HeadlineJobs Research.
