Background of StudyBack
In November 2005, the Apple Daily commissioned the POP Team to conduct this "Survey on Constitutional Reform and Universal Suffrage 2005". Cantonese-speaking Hong Kong citizen aged 18 or above were interviewed so as to gauge their views towards the constitutional reform proposal and universal suffrage.

The questionnaire was designed by the POP Team in consultation with the Apple Daily, while the POP Team was fully responsible for the operation, data collection and analysis of the survey, without any interference from the client.
