The Public Opinion Programme (POP) of the University of Hong Kong will organize a “Civil Referendum Project” on March 23, 2012, and co-organize with The Boys’ and Girls’ Clubs Association of Hong Kong the “3.21 Mock Civil Referendum Project” in schools. POP will hold its third press conference tomorrow (March 20, 2012) to report the arrangement in details and demonstrate the voting process.
