The Public Opinion Programme (POP) at The University of Hong Kong has decided with regret to postpone its scheduled release of “the ratings of the top 5 Executive Councillors” until further notice because a press conference concerning the development of POP will be held jointly by the Faculty of Social Sciences and POP around the same time of the scheduled release.
