The Public Opinion Programme (POP) at The University of Hong Kong and the Centre for Social Policy Studies (CSPS) at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University are commissioned by the “Occupy Central with Love and Peace (OCLP)” Secretariat to provide a professional service, which collects public opinion on Chief Executive election by means of a civil referendum. POP will hold a press conference this Sunday to announce the preliminary results, which include all electronic votes cast offsite (via app and web) and onsite at polling stations. The paper ballot counting will start concurrently. We sincerely invite your organization to send reporters to attend our press conference, details as follows:
