The Public Opinion Programme (POP) at The University of Hong Kong and the Centre for Social Policy Studies (CSPS) at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University are commissioned by the “Occupy Central with Love and Peace (OCLP)” Secretariat to provide a professional service, which collects public opinion on Chief Executive election by means of a civil referendum. POP will hold a press conference tomorrow to report the latest status of the pre-registration and mock voting, announce the new voting arrangements after the cyber attacks, and demonstrate the operation of the polling stations.
