The Public Opinion Programme (POP) of the University of Hong Kong will conduct a Deliberative Poll on “CE Election Design” in the university campus on September 29, 2013 (Sunday). A random sample of Hong Kong citizens has been drawn to join the event, to discuss principles pertinent to the CE Election design, after reading balanced information.

 

POP will hold a press conference tomorrow (September 27, 2013), to explain the background, objective and arrangement of the event, as well as POP’s insistence on independence and professionalism.
